Day 6 of our Yoga Pose Challenge. Let me guide you through a better way to hold yourself in the crescent moon pose. This is one of my favourite postures for opening up the hips and quads and really working into the lower abdominals. A beautiful balancing posture that can be easily incorporated into a sun salutation or even used on its own as a long holding pose. Why not try this with me today?
