Incorporated effectively into your everyday practice the tricep dip becomes a complete and effective workout for your arms, back, shoulders and core. Let me guide you through the correct posture enhancements. Feel the difference a few minutes a day can make to your overall strength. So many women are taught to let the knees drop on this transition. Here at GXT we understand that strong women are powerful women and we teach everyone to move to the best of their ability. It is worth taking the time to carry your bodyweight from high plank – low in order to get the best out of flow sequences such as the sun salutation. If you have to break this flow with a modification every time you do it, it quickly becomes frustrating and so hard to wrk in synchronicity with the breath.
