How long will it take to complete the entire package?

If you commit to ongoing learning, you can complete Barre Fitness Online in 1 week – 1 month. Freestyle Fitness Yoga is completed in a weekend live training with online study. We will register you for each qualification when you are ready, allowing you the maximum time, should you wish to take your time.

Which should qualification should I complete first?

We recommend that you complete FFY at your nearest venue and study Barre Fitness to suit your time plan.

Are these qualifications recognised?

Both courses offer CIMSPA credits.
